When you use our free charity Will writing service, an advisor from Accord Legal Services guides you step by step. They make sure your wishes are clear, legally secure, and tailored to your needs. This support helps you protect your loved ones and gives you the chance to make a lasting difference through legacy giving.

You can choose to leave a gift to Cash for Kids, helping disadvantaged children far into the future. The service also lets you protect your children’s inheritance and appoint trusted guardians for young children. This gives you peace of mind that they will be cared for if the unexpected happens.

Our advisors help you safeguard vulnerable beneficiaries, such as family members who may need extra protection. They also guide you to reduce Inheritance Tax and limit care home fee losses, so more of your estate goes to the people and causes you value most.

Your Will can also set out your funeral wishes and exclude anyone you do not wish to benefit, such as estranged relatives.

The Will-writing service is free. If you choose extra estate services, Accord makes a donation to Cash for Kids.
